Now, what I want you to think about is the average resource box. Joe or Jill Blow is the author of the book “blah, blah, blah” and graduated from “blah, blah, blah” university, you know… blah, blah, blah. Who cares? Who cares? It’s not inviting you to do anything, and it’s all about them. It’s kind of like an electronic ego wall.
